For years, patients from Great Neck, Manhasset, Roslyn, and the surrounding peninsula have been driving across the Queens border to see Dr. Manouel and Dr. Salem. We opened our Northern Boulevard office to give those patients — and the wider Nassau community — the same vascular, orthopedic, and interventional radiology care closer to home.

Suite 102 sits along the Miracle Mile corridor of Northern Boulevard, with on-site parking, easy LIE access from Exit 33 (Lakeville Road), and a roughly 8-minute drive from the Great Neck LIRR station. For patients in Manhasset and Port Washington, we’re a straight shot west on Northern; for Roslyn and Westbury, north up I-495 to the boulevard.

The procedures most in demand at this office reflect Nassau’s patient mix: GAE for knee osteoarthritis, varicose vein and vascular care, and prostate artery embolization — all minimally invasive, all same-day, all without the trip into Manhattan or city traffic.
